Update - Dear Customers,

This is our final reminder to request that you whitelist the following IPs with your payment gateway, if IP whitelisting is enabled.

We're aware that gateways such as Acquired.com, Barclays EPDQ, Opayo, RealEx, and WorldPay typically support this by default. If you use a different provider, please check with them directly to confirm whether this feature is enabled.

Important: These IPs must be added by end of day on 30/04/2025. Failure to do so will result in payment requests from BCH Digital no longer being accepted by your gateway.

IPs to whitelist:

3.8.57.112

51.24.57.65

Please ensure these are added, not replaced, alongside any existing entries.

Thanks,
BCH Digital Support

In progress - Dear Customers,

We are excited to inform you about upcoming changes to the portal user interface that will be rolled out over the next couple of weeks. These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to enhance usability and streamline service management.

- What’s Changing?
β€’ New Setup Pages:
Individual setup pages for each service will be introduced, replacing the current Service Setup section.
β€’ Service Setup Removal:
During the transition, Service Setup will be removed. If you need to make any service changes during this time, please contact our Support team for assistance.
β€’ Standalone Agents Service:
The Agents section has been separated from Admin Tools and is now available as a standalone service for easier access.
β€’ PCI Platform IP update
Following on from our PCI Platform update notification in November 2024, we can now confirm the new IP's that will need to be added to your gateway if they have / you use their IP Whitelisting feature. These are:

o 3.8.57.112
o 51.24.57.65

It is important to note these are NOT TO REPLACE the current IPs you have whitelisted and are simply to be added to the existing IPs. We know that Acquired.com, Barclays EPDQ, Opayo, RealEx and WorldPay can all use IP Whitelisting so it’s important to check and add the IPs above.

- Early Access Opportunity
If you would like to preview the new portal services before the official rollout, please get in touch. We can apply test numbers to your account, allowing you to explore the changes in advance.
Updated Helpdocs can be found in our PCI Payment Solutions support page (https://support.bchdigital.com/category/4xkkp3t2vn-pci-payment-solutions), with more being updated and added over the coming weeks.

- No Action Required
We anticipate minimal disruption, as most users primarily access Transaction Reports, Agents and Virtual Terminal, rather than the Service Setup section.
If you have any questions or would like to arrange early access, feel free to contact our Support team.

Thank you,
BCH Support

Update - We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.
Feb 28, 11:56 GMT
Scheduled - By the end of May 2025, we will be relocating our services from the Vodafone data centre, where our PCI services are currently hosted, as Vodafone is closing the site. This will require the migration of all relevant customers to our services hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), where BCH currently hosts all of our other services. Prior to receiving this notification from Vodafone, work was already underway to migrate services to AWS as part of our long-term strategy, but this has now been brought forward.

As part of the migration, customers may notice some changes and upgrades to certain management screens, although the operation and functionality of the services, including payment processing, will remain unchanged. Some customers may need to update the IP addresses used for specific payment gateways, and we will provide this information well in advance.

The migration is expected to begin in early 2025. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact us to discuss further.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.
May 30, 23:26 BST
Monitoring - We have been monitoring transactions this morning and haven't seen any of the "Additional customer authentication required" responses, so it seems Cashflows have managed to resolve the issue, however we have had no official notification at this time.

We will continue to monitor throughout the day.

May 30, 12:23 BST
Identified - We have now been informed by Cashflows that the root cause of the issue is down to the handling of transactions in relation to 3D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
Certain payment methods are exempt from this scheme, including Mail Order Telephone Order (MOTO), however the security change removed the small limit exception and caused the issues experienced.
They are actively working on fix for this, and are looking to deploy to their production environment as soon as testing and reviews have been completed.

May 29, 15:43 BST
Investigating - We have been made aware of issues affecting some transactions from Natwest/Monzo customers being declined with gateway response (Additional customer authentication required).
We've been advised that NatWest Group made some security updates in the early hours of 28/05, which has affected payments for their customers.
NatWest are currently working to resolve the issue.
We will provide any further updates once received.

May 29, 10:23 BST
Resolved - Cashflows have confirmed that no further issues have been observed.
May 30, 09:17 BST
Monitoring - Cashflows have advised that a fix has been implemented and that they are monitoring the results.
May 29, 10:47 BST
Investigating - Cashflows have reported that they are urgently investigating an incident that is affecting transaction processing this morning.
Our monitoring has identified that transactions have been receiving a 65550 response since 09:47 BST 29/05.

We will provide any further updates once received from Cashflows.
