Possible Scenarios for Surcharges:
- Delivering a UK Caller Line Identification (CLI) to an international destination.
- Delivering an international CLI to another international destination.
- Delivering an international CLI to a destination that does not match the CLIβs location.
These changes are driven by recent updates in regulatory guidelines from OFCOM, which aim to address growing security challenges in the telecoms industry. We are currently reviewing these guidelines and working with our network partners to determine the exact implications for your billing.
What This Means for You:
- As of now, this surcharge change is not confirmed, but we wanted to notify you in advance to prepare for a possible adjustment to your invoices should these charges be implemented.

Our 2024 Data Freeze is scheduled from 23rd December 2024 through to 6th January 2025. During this period, certain services and processes will be temporarily paused to ensure network stability and availability over the holiday season.
Key Details of the Data Freeze:
- No Porting or Port Order Verification: Porting of numbers or verification of port orders will not be processed during this time. Any submitted during this period will be processed when the data freeze is complete.
- No Changes to SIP Trunks: Modifications to SIP trunks, including provisioning or configuration adjustments, will be paused.
- No Changes to Core Services: Essential services will remain operational without alteration.
Any support fault requests will be handled as normal during this period.
