As part of our continual program of upgrades to our systems we will be moving our services associated with call recordings, data capture and voicemails.
If you currently receive these via FTP Transfer you will need to ensure you that you have the following IPs in any allow lists or firewall rules: 18.104.22.168.
From 16th November 2020 requests will be sent from the new location so please ensure your records are updated before then to ensure continued service. For reference the current IP address used is 22.214.171.124.

As part of our continual program of upgrades to our systems we will be making changes to our email reporting services.
If we currently send emails on behalf of your domain as opposed to the generic telecomstats.co.uk you will need to add in the following IPs into your email SPF records.
126.96.36.199 (SMS Reporting)
188.8.131.52 (RNP Reports)
184.108.40.206 (PCI Reports)
220.127.116.11 (General Reporting)
From 23rd November 2020 emails will be sent from the above IP addresses so please ensure your SPF records are updated prior to this date to ensure the emails we send on your behalf do not get rejected or blocked.
