International Surcharge Changes
Scheduled for Dec 1, 00:00 - 00:01 GMT
Scheduled
We are reaching out to inform you of potential changes that may affect billing for certain types of international calls, effective from 1st December 2024. As of this date, there could be surcharges applied under specific call routing conditions, though these charges are not yet confirmed.

Possible Scenarios for Surcharges:
- Delivering a UK Caller Line Identification (CLI) to an international destination.
- Delivering an international CLI to another international destination.
- Delivering an international CLI to a destination that does not match the CLI’s location.

These changes are driven by recent updates in regulatory guidelines from OFCOM, which aim to address growing security challenges in the telecoms industry. We are currently reviewing these guidelines and working with our network partners to determine the exact implications for your billing.

What This Means for You:
- As of now, this surcharge change is not confirmed, but we wanted to notify you in advance to prepare for a possible adjustment to your invoices should these charges be implemented.
- We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available and will reach out with further details closer to the 1st December.

Your understanding and patience during this period are greatly appreciated.
