Our 2024 Data Freeze is scheduled from 23rd December 2024 through to 6th January 2025. During this period, certain services and processes will be temporarily paused to ensure network stability and availability over the holiday season.
Key Details of the Data Freeze: - No Porting or Port Order Verification: Porting of numbers or verification of port orders will not be processed during this time. Any submitted during this period will be processed when the data freeze is complete. - No Changes to SIP Trunks: Modifications to SIP trunks, including provisioning or configuration adjustments, will be paused. - No Changes to Core Services: Essential services will remain operational without alteration.
Any support fault requests will be handled as normal during this period.
