On Wednesday 28th April between 21:00 and 23:00 we will be performing planned maintenance on our back-end systems. During this time there will be a period of approximately half an hour where our web portal will be unavailable for reporting and services changes (please note this does not affect any payment pages such as the Virtual terminal or, SMS services).
Please ensure you have performed any service modifications required for this period prior to the work commencing. Every effort will be made to ensure that the period these services are unavailable is kept to a minimum and we will keep you up to date via the regular status notifications. If you have any queries, please either contact your account manager or raise a ticket via the usual process’.
