Switching off ISDN
Scheduled for Feb 16, 17:30 - 18:30 GMT
Scheduled
We have successfully completed our migration of over 200,000 numbers from traditional ISDN lines to our SIP network.

Whilst we've moved all our active numbers, this is a final call to let you know that the ISDN circuits will be switched off on the 16th February 2024. This gives you an opportunity to:

• Identify any remaining ISDN numbers on your account you want to keep. You can do this by going to https://support.bchdigital.com/article/6423wvggdg-number-management-checking-for-isdn-numbers.
• Contact us by February 16th, 2024 to let us know the numbers you think should have ported or that you would like ported. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. You can do so at russell.livett@bchdigital.com or raise a ticket on the Helpdesk.
• If you are controlling your own front facing numbers and repoint them to our network, you will need a new SIP repoint number. Please use the Helpdesk for this request.
• Any inactive numbers you want moving will be charged as per your previous communications.
• All ISDN numbers will be removed from our platforms after this date.

As you are aware, the ISDN network is being phased out in the UK and this is the final cut off date from our networks.

Send over a list of numbers you want to check or that you want to see moved.

Sincerely,

Russell Livett
