Cardstream will be implementing a stricter user verification process for the Merchant Management System (MMS) from 23 November 2023.
Upon each login to the MMS, users will be required to enter their Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code. Users will no longer be permitted to trust their browser to be prompted for a 2FA code once every 30 days.
2FA is an important verification measure in place to protect users. This implementation is to ensure users can benefit from vital verification measures for every login.
