As part of our on-going process to improve our products and services we will be performing a database migration to enable us to take advantage of the performance and reliability that cloud services offers.
To enable the migration, we will require a brief interruption to RNP, Conference and Fax services which will be unavailable for a period of no more than 30 minutes in the window of 00:00 on the 6th of April 2023 to 04:00 on the 6th of April 2023. During this time the web portal to control these services will also be unavailable so please ensure any required changes are made outside this window.
