To ensure our services continue to support the latest security features and patches we will be performing required maintenance on our SMS platform. This will take place on Wednesday 27th March 2024 between 21:00 and 23:00.
Due to the nature of the updates required there will be a short period of outage lasting no more than 30 minutes. During this time any inbound SMS messages will be stored on the networks and outbound messages generated internally such as payment receipts and Email2SMS will be queued until after the work has been completed. The only exception to this is the sending of messages via SMS broadcast and the SMS API which will be unavailable for the period of the updates, so please schedule accordingly over this period to avoid any disruption to your services.
